Building from Kashmir

I am Malik Arsalan, a tech entrepreneur from Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir. I build web tools and SaaS products and grow them entirely through organic SEO — no paid marketing, no investors, no agency.

I studied Geology and won a master's scholarship to China, but COVID-19 cut that short. When I came back, I made one decision: go all-in on building digital products. That was 2020.

Since then: ScanQR.org at 1.8M monthly visitors, QRGenerator.org at 71K, a YouTube Silver Play Button, and in 2025 I founded Ash Tech Solutions — a software house now with 100K+ Play Store downloads.

How they make money: Display advertising (Google AdSense) and paid subscriptions. QRGenerator.org offers dynamic QR codes on a paid plan. All revenue is organic — no paid traffic, ever.
